Co Workwear was created from a simple yet powerful vision – to create workwear that is actually designed for women working in trades such as construction, electrical, warehousing, and cleaning. We are women with a goal: to build a brand that not only sets the standard for functional and stylish workwear, but also for the empowerment and visibility of women in typically male-dominated industries.

Behind Co Workwear are:

• Sandra Simonsen – Founder, electrician, and marketing economist who knows the importance of working with the right tools while understanding the power of communicating strongly and authentically.

Our journey began as a vision to do something better when it comes to workwear. As women who have worked in various demanding trades ourselves, we know how important it is to have equipment that not only works but also fits well, is comfortable, and supports us in our work. It shouldn't be that we always have to settle for something not designed for us. And that is where the idea for Co Workwear was born.

We are more than just workwear
We are a symbol of women taking up space and creating change. We are here to change the way workwear for women is perceived. For us, it is about giving women the confidence and functionality they deserve – while showing the world that we are just as strong, competent, and skilled as our male colleagues.
