Payment

All amounts shown on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs. Prices are displayed automatically in the local currency depending on your country — Danish customers see prices in DKK, Norwegian customers in NOK, and EU customers in their local currency.

Co Workwear accepts online payments with; [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online]. We do not charge any transaction fees on your purchase.

Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Co Workwear uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means the connection is completely secure.

Delivery

We deliver to Denmark and selected EU countries as well as Norway.

The delivery time for your order is usually 1-3 business days. EU/Norway: 3-7 business days (may vary depending on the country).

When ordering on weekends and public holidays, the item is dispatched on the first business day. When ordering on weekdays before 12:00 PM, the item is sent the same day.

We deliver to private addresses in Denmark - however, not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

All items are delivered with GLS and PostNord.

Shipping prices are displayed at checkout and vary depending on the delivery country.

For delivery outside of Denmark (and the EU, if applicable), customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT may occur. These costs are borne by the customer.

Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you via email. 

Returns and Right of Cancellation

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any return costs are borne by you, just as the choice of carrier is your own.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be in our possession no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.

The notification must be given by email to co.workweardk@gmail.com where you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of cancellation.

After this, you have 14 days to send the item back.

You bear the return shipping costs yourself - also when returning from abroad. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Upon cancellation, the purchase amount is returned. Delivery costs are not refunded.

Right of Complaint

In accordance with applicable legislation, there is a 2-year right of complaint on products. The complaint applies to errors in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to Co Workwear within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The right of complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.

Co Workwear does not cover return costs. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Privacy Policy

When you purchase an item and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties for the processing of some of our information, among other things in our shipping handling, which is not developed by Co Workwear. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.

If you have a complaint and we fail to find a solution together, you will be able to use one of the following options to complain:

•            Center for Complaint Resolution, via the complaint portal at the Nævnenes Hus. Go to complaint portal.

•            Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

•            If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can file your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaint portal. Go to EU complaint portal.
